its within walking distance from downtown. one car garage, very nice backyard, many updates including stainless/black appliances and new washer and dryer.

how big is the garage? has he moved on the price?

1 car garage thats maybe 12x20, not big but could expand rearward if you wanted. Yes hes moved on the price, it was originally listed for $179,9 last year. now its $159,9.

He paid over $180 for it when he bought it 5 years ago and put another 20k into it in improvements.
