after initial startup i took the line that fed the blower oil, and put it into a bucket and started it for a second, and oil definately came out
send it in for a rebuild. Sounds like the bearings are going bad.

ok, so those aren't your vids but the blower sounds EXACTLY like that?
I'm asking because if you don't know what a V1 sounds like, chances are you will think that a healthy one is broken. They are loud at idle, and can sound like they are grinding up rocks and stuff.

after talkin to vortech about the "grinding" type noise im pretty sure te blower is fine. if revved up a little bit the sound goes away, and its seems to be making boost, and on this tired 5.0 it feels pretty dang good
