For you car guys, with reasonable background and credit check
I have my 3 BR house in Ypsi up for rent, 4 car garage with air compressor, you pay electricity, I'll leave the compressor
First two bays are walled off with AC/heat.
Anyway, easy access to I-94 at Huron or Rawsonville, 5-10 minutes from EMU.
I will stick to the $1200 a month for MM guys.
If the MM gods don't want this posted on the site feel free to remove
PM me for info or whatever, putting new tile in kitchen this weekend.

I grew up two blocks from there on Mollie St. My uncle lives near there on Margarita.

I'd rather sell, but... with all the comps in the hood at such low prices, forclosed, I can't sell for shi$. PM me if really interested in buying outright.

I don't see why I couldn't do a rent to own written up properly.

Bump, somewhat negotiable, if someone doesn't need the garage at all ($900). If someone wants to only use half the garage($1100).
PM me for info or questions.
