i have diamond too, same phone minus keyboard and sd card slot ( has 4gb internal ram) ok phone i guess. touch pro keyboards go out alot.

I never had a keyboard go out it was always the "vibrate" that stopped working and that made the wife sad

im going on my 7th moto q9c in alil over a year...any words of advice to get them to switch it out with something differnt. im getting sick of exchanging it for the same pos phone...

call sprint and complain, I explained how many times it was swappped and asked if they could do anything the said they would credit me for a new phone I just got a 635.99 credit on my bill for the touch pro 2
