I just replaced my garage door opener with a new one since we needed one with the sensors since we have an infant. It's a Genie model 404 screwdrive, with a seperate wired receiver and single remote. It has a one piece track. It has plenty of power still, it open/closed my insulated garage door with a broken spring for a month last winter before I figured out the spring had snapped. No idea on age, but the fact that the remote is a seperate wired box and I couldn't buy a universal remote that worked with it leads me to think it's fairly old. I was able to program my Homelink (in my Audi) to work with it fine.
