Ive got a set of Avid BB7 mechanical disc brakes that have been used for 2 seasons off and on, maybe 700 miles. I believe they are the 2007 model but im not certain, they havent changed since though. They are lighter grey in color, thats the main difference.

They come with calipers, position bolts, cables, SD7 levers (with reach adjust), pads with lots of life left, 160mm rotors, rear IS mount adapter (front on my bike was post mount). basically everything youd need to put them on and go with exception of the 160mm caliper adapter mount bolts (2), they can be purchased from any hardware store.

Since they are used they show scratches and brake dust

They typically sell for around $50 for the caliper and rotor (each), plus the levers ($25), plus the cables (~$20) so $150 for the set.

I want $100 shipped to you for everything OBO

+1 for the Avid 7s. I had them on my last bike and loved them.
