For 1 thats Norwalk; Norwalk hooks much better than Milan.

2: That tire on the yellow car doesnt look like a 10" tire, so im sure dan isnt running a 10" either, which is what he usually runs at Milan (10.5 shootout)

But correct me if im wrong on two(2).

im pretty sure the car ALWAYS has a 10.5 W (which is legal for that class)

I agree, Norwalk hooks very good, however he's been 7.00 at Milan in the past and it was indeed on a 10" tire.

If memory serves, Millen went 7.07 @ 211 at Milan.... and has been in the 207-214 range there as well..
