This weekend from up in Roscommon. I was the only truck out of three of us to make it up the steepest part, it was my truck an F-150 w/ all terrains with a nice engine 300+ hp. and a 99 F-250 8" lift w/ 38's SSR.

damn that 250 should have been able to make it with all that shit done to it lol. did any of them lock the hubs and shit?

Larry, shut it. The 250 locked hubs but it started bouncing to much. If he would have let air out it probably would have made it but there was no gas stations around to fill them back up. My truck definetly needs a limited slip or a lock and/or a super or turbo ;)

Yea, we used to go there when you could just sit up there for hours and no one would show up. That was 15+ years ago I was just a little guy. We used to dune buggy up that. Like you said now its whooped out and lame:dontknow:

Actually that was challenging since it WAS a steep ass hill and it was soft ass sand. I was the only truck out of 3 to make the climb a 99 F-250 8" lift and 38's didnt make it. Where is your video? ok stfu:dontknow:

That looks either half frozen or it was rutted out, then dried, then it rained and you drove through it. That wasnt even soupy. Your right, I probably could have made it through there in 2wd. :dontknow:

yes posi will do wonders. my stock 91 explorer sport made it up a similar hill with ease, all it really needed was more power but the posi rear really helps.

They dont call it Chassis Twister for nothing, that was actually about its worst state, some farmer goes and grades it over each spring. but it gets wheels soo uch a month later its all ruts.. luckily i got to it before his inital grade RIGHT AFTER THE THAW :badass:

Don't doubt the Grandma car....or the fact that I don't give a fuck if I have to leave it in the woods, file the vins, and set it on fire. mmmm insurance money....:icon_mrgr
