I have a 351W that is going into a fox body soon. 70's block, bored .030 over (358cu?) DART windsor Jr. heads, fully ported, with roller rockers, and a cam similar to the E303.

I want to run power steering, alt, no smog. Anybody got pictures of their setup like this? Pictures would be appreciated. I am going to need a water pump as well.

Any suggestions as well? I'll get more details on the block, pistons, etc for more detailed suggestions!

you can use a stock mustang alternator/smog pump bracket, it bolts right to the passenger side cylinder head. for the p/s you can use the a/c eliminator brackets for a 351W. the only difference is that the front p/s support bracket from teh water pump is longer. this can be had at 50resto.com. that's what i have set up on my 302, with no smog, slightly different belt routing from stock to clear the tensioner pulley. pm me your email and i will send you pics of my 302 setup.

it was ran but just long enough to break the motor in. the block is a 1974 casting and it has brand new truck rods and a brand new crank. the pistons are .30" over hyperutectic. it is a flat tappet motor with a crower cam thats specs out similar to the frpp e303 cam.

A 302 camshaft is not designed for a 351 cubes, I would get a new cam for starters. You are leaving alot of power on the table IMO.

I have a ton more of the engine bay. Also i have almost the whole setup forsale. Quick ratio power rack, Power steering pump with the mach set up, and the water pump with the aluminum pulley. If you need more pics let me know engine bay is very clean looking

You're not spraying it are you? I belive March makes a serpentine set-up for this but it's pricey.

if your refering to my motor Its not a 302 cam in there, the cam in there (not sure exactly) but it's similar in specs for the E303 cam.

If it has the same duration, and lift, or close its a 302 cam.

I agree with OJ. Ditch that cam. It's good for an EFI 302 with mild heads if it's close to an E303. Don't waste that Windsor with a cam like that.

IM just trying to offer you some help thats all. Go for it, and try it, you will have the same results as others have had. You will have 351 cubes with 302 power.

Infact it might make less then a 302 with the same heads and cam. Sorta like putting an e-cam in a stock head/intake(no porting, factory stock) 302, it will always slow it down.

I wouldnt worry about the hypo pistons and spray, Ive seen tons of them live for a long time with the proper tuneup. Ask nitrous rick.

march has the 2 brackets (ps, alt) for $84 a piece if you go with silver powdercoat.
aluminum is higher.

i believe i have a extra stock bracket in the shed. i have this off my 85'.
i will also be replacing the stock on my 91 over the winter when the motor comes out.
i will just be cleaning the the motor and bay over the winter and sticking w/ the 302.
i cant hang with the 'big dogs'..
