200 straight six to 5.0

Hi i picked up a REALLY cheap 79 mustang with a straight 6 and wondered what it would take to put a 302 in it. thanks.

k-member, mounts, exhaust, trans, driveshaft, rear end (strength), radiator (recommended but prob not NEEDED)
