fuel pump hassle

can anbody tell me which wires i need to bypass everything and hook my fuel pump up to a battery.....i dont know if the pump went out or what....i cant hear it going on or i cnt hear the relay clicking under the drivers seat...its an 87 GT

Sounds like the relay is bad.. its located under the seat.

pull the relay out and jumper it with a wire of some sort on the load side (the 2 biggest wires). if the fuel pump doens't come on it's the wiring or fusible link.

yea i did the jumper wire and now i have to test all the fusable links that come off the soleniod....uugggghhhh

ok i checked all the fusable links and there all getting power....i am getting power to the relay under the seat now....and when i jump it with a wire a relay cliks on the passenger side fenderwell...but still no fuel pump workie...idk what the hell to do next.....

ok so now im getting power to the relay but nothing to the pump...ive already put a jumper wire in.
