4L60E Trans fluid Suggestions

Anyone have any suggestions on what to use? Its for my Trailblazer thats my DD so I put A LOT of miles on it. I need to change the trans fluid and the fluid in the diffs. Any suggestions for those also? I was thinking of maybe some Amsoil or Royal Purple stuff but what does everyone else think?

Whatever the manufacture recommends. I run cheap shit in my performance trans and it has no problems what so ever after being beat on and abused for roughly 5 years.

Take it to CARS and have Sean put some Amsoil in it. Or let me know I have the filter in stock and the fluid.
