Dear President Chavez
Finally, a President has said something I agree with and you sir are it.
I agree with your point in principal; The United States of America ( aka yankees) do need to go home and mind their own business.
I realize that we cannot undo the trillions of dollars in foreign aid we have already dolled out. And I know its too late for us not to bail France out from being owned quite litterally by Nazzi Germany. I know it's too late for us to to take back the F16's we basically gave away to your country between 1982 and 1984 Under the Peace Delta agreement. I know its too late to take back the 7,00 rifles and 22 million rounds of ammo as well as even more riot gear which you used against your own citizens when they dare to protest your government.
Even though you are the wealthiest country in Latin America its much too late for us to ask for any of the loans or aid to be repaid. But here's where I agree with you.
You are right. We need to bring all of our troops home. No more munitions, no aircraft, no weapons of any kind will be sold to other governments. Eventually, they tend to forget who they got them from and try to use them against us.
No more foreign aid. No more peace keepers. Korea is on its own as are the hundreds of other places we police. No more medical and disater relief when the next big earthquake hits. Since we are the devil, the next time a major quake levels your Capitol which I understand is anytime now, guess what? No aid from the US. You will go it alone.
We will bring our boys in uniform home and spend them money on improving our own country. When the next genocide or ethnic cleansing comes up, not our problem. And those troubled 1000 miles of border you share with columbia, well, your c orrupt government can contiunue to funnel their drugs and launder their money.
We have our own people to look after and since all of our troops will be back home minding their own business, we'll use a few of them to seal off our borders.
We have been the baby sistter of the world and yet everytime one of the kids act up, the baby sitter gets the blame. So do us a favor, President Chavez, keep calling our President the devil and keep telling us to mind our business and go home because the best thing that could ever happen for us is that we take your advice.
In spite of your lucrative oil industry 80% of your population live in poverty. 50% of your school age children will not complete secondary education even though schooling is free for children age 7-14. How can it be that you have more children living in poverty, more adults living in poverty, than most third world countries when you are the richest country in Latin America? Answer: You are a corrupt government who have turned you back on your own women and children.
Do any of your citizens ask where the oil revenue goes? I know.
And you have the nereve to cast stones at the US?
