More money as in an increase or a renewal of an existing bond?

More money to schools
Why not consolidate some schools first ?? there are alot of school that are below there total capacity. I don;t really have an issue with increasing funding to restore music programs etc that are sorely missing from schools.

I agree on the music front. There is no reasons the various districts can't get rid of many of their $100K do-nothing "administrators" to pay for music and arts education.

And if most corporations paid their 7-figure a year seat waxer board members a realistic salary, a lot of people on the "I need a job" thread would have jobs.
I agree with you whole-heartedly.

Yeah, I'm with you. They don't need anymore money, they need to use the money they have more effectively....

They need to seperate the schools from the general fund, there are too many hands in the general fund to just dump more money into it. I disagree with this bill. The schools do need money, but they need to look at cutting spending within the government before they take more out of our pockets.

Amen. When you see how large CEO salaries are it's hard to believe that jobs need to be outsourced to save money and be competitive.

Yeah, like these fucking airlines. They whine over no money, can't pay their mechanics, etc, but they'll still get huge bonusses at the end of the year.
In my office (mini-micro corporation) I pay the employees first and then myself. The employees are the company. If the airline top brass didn't show for work for 6 months you'd never know it, if the mechanics didn't show for 6 hours it'd come to a screeching halt. Who's important?
