I am trying to find info on how someone runs for governor and what requirements they need to meet.

cause everbody (except you) knows our governor sucks
we're at the bottom in just about everything while the rest of the country is doing pretty good and the Dow is hitting record highs.

But you obviously didnt learn from one of his earlier pearls of wisdom that the dow is just an indicator of the economy, it doesnt mean anything.
