Great stuff when you're trying to bulk, not so good when you're trying to cut. And the stuff tastes sooooooo good! It's like a yummy milkshake! :D

30+ mins of intense/sweaty cardio 5 days a week.
Cut pop, sugar, unhealthy carbs, junk food, fast food, out of your diet
Higher protien count
**try eating seven 300-calorie meals a day and see how that works for you**
Weightlifting 5 days a week, training 1-2 muscle groups a day, and do not repeat that muscle group till the next week

Visit, join, read, and utilize this site... www.FitDay.com (that will definitely help you get your diet in order.

The miserable soreness that comes with strength training really only lasts the first few weeks of a new workout. I can't get sore now unless I absolutely punish myself.

Ummm, that's the novice/beginner shit. I was giving you the "easy/start up" advice. Man up and do the work. You'll feel better about yourself when you look at the mirror and you know you worked for it. The better shape you're in, the easier it is for you to keep up with your kids.
