What is the best way to do it? My Tahoe got backed into today and I have red paint on my chrome. Luckily there aren't any dents.

just use some 0000 steel wool or 4O as they call it, I use it on all chrome and you can even use it on glass

use windex or WD40 as a lubricant on chrome, windex on glass polish with the steel wool and dry with newspaper

You can rub with laquer thinner/ uretahen reducer to remove the paint it self and buff and polish as stated above.
