I had it sold through July/August. Came time to close and they weren't able didn't have the cash to close (they were already pre-approved).

I've had a few people come through, some even repeats, but I still have the house.

Good luck... Homes are just not selling. Nice job though.... I have an extremely similar home at 10 / mound..1.5 years ago it was 149,900.. just took it off at 113,00.... at every price change nothing happened = nobody buying. People are only buying houses they can steal. I laugh at people trying to "flip a house" right now.... Unless you are WAY under market value when done...they will be sitting on it.
