Can anybody help me decipher this code on my No2 bottle?

10C03 off hand this is probalbly the date the bottle was made. Also it is last last date of being hydrostatically tested. Bottles, (oxygen, acetylene, scuba, scba, NOS, etc. etc.) are supposed to be "hydroed" about every 5 years before being filled. I've never seen a NOS bottle not being filled because of expired hydro date.

Try taking a expired bottle to livernois in dearborn heights.

I take it they won't fill it? They're just covering their ass.
