I think you'd be better off using someone with a jig. PM PacecarBBC...Todd did mine and put 9" ends on all at once.

put and older rear end in your car then you dont have to narrow it. how many inches are you taking off? and you need to have a jig to do it, not something you would want to do yourself... i dont think its that expensive just the part of havin the axles resplined..

We narrow them for $250 which includs welding the tubes also and cleaning!

definately worth it just to have a chassis shop do it up for ya.

Can you do front axles?, and do you shorten the shafts?
