So, I was sitting there waiting on traffic to clear so I could pull out of 7-11. This thought came to my head.

My lil ricer needs a whiny bitchy Novi2000 on it.... What do you all think about that idea?

The motor is already built for boost, so thats out of the way.

Since when does practicality play role in making a stupidly modified car???

what motor are you running?

Detroit Style Dragger
01-24-2008, 10:16 PM
It is a F22 lower end, with a H23 head. Running 10:1 compression, and enough top end to rev around 8k all day with out a sweat.

How did you get an F22 lower end bolt to a H23 head?

Detroit Style Dragger

The F22/F23 will bolt up to a H22/H23 head. There is a huge thread on Honda-Tech about it. They call it a Frankenstien motor when you combine the head from one motor, to the block of another motor. They call this combo it self a G22.

They make a Novi 1000 that performs like a S-trim.

I found out a turbo DSM manifold will bolt up to the H23 head with some ovaling of the outer most bolt holes. So, it looks like Ill be going boost on a budget. In fact, I just need to go pick up a manifold and a turbo. Then, its injectors, piping, and figuring out what FMIC I want to run.

So you need a manifold off a DSM?

Quick86

Honda guys here say:

DSM 450cc Injectors
Small Front Mount
P28 ECU from a 92-95 Civic SI (I know where you can get one that is chipped)

I have one lined up Shane, all ready setup for a H23 head, with injectors in it, along with piping, and a intercooler.

Which intercooler?

Its a side mount from a DSM. Im going to run it down by the trans, and make a scoop for it. So, its all un able to be seen.
