Bummer, I just had mine installed yesterday. I would had you be the sales person if it was a week earlier.

The chick they sent out for the install was pretty good looking too...Uverse rocks.

I have it @ home...the features are great BUT...it took the techs installing it over two weeks....they were in my home almost every day, 6-8 hours a day for 5-6 days each of the two weeks.
the picture scrambles for a few seconds every time we watch tv...every time!
the operating system still has errors, techs due out again tomorrow. system go down every so often , but always comes back up with in a minuet or so.

all in all...im disapointed with it do to all the errors and tech time spent here....im talking hundreds of hours of tech time.

they did give me several fee months of service....but it still does not work properly.

My wife has much more patience than i do, i would have booted them the first day. she could actually be a tech for them, she has learned so much about the operating system.
she found a forum about att u-verse, and someone in the forums works for att and he helped us a lot.

techs are due out today...it gets better as time goes on.

I've got uverse now and it's great, really a good rate too guys.

I only have one question, when's my internet gonna get FASTER!?

I've got the 6Mbps elite pack, and I hear there is an upgrade coming this month to 10Mbps/1.5Mbps, which would be sick, can you confirm this? Thanks!

techs have been back out three times since i posted last, they spent 4 hours yesterday with 2 techs.....i think they finally got it to work properly.....will find out in the next couple of days...
