wheel fitament/bolt pattern/spacer question

So I am looking for some nice 18" wheels for the GN (I have had 17" ttII's for the past 8 years and they are now a dime a dozen). I plan on getting the wheels this spring. The thing is, I am going for wheels that are generally not ran on American muscle cars. The bolt pattern is 5x114.3 and the GN is 5x4.75 or 5x120.65.
Are there adaptors that will allow me to run these wheels on the GN or am I sol?

They do make billet adapters that will work but I wouldn't use them. Get wheels that fit the car properly.

They don't make the wheels with that bolt pattern.

you would have to do the wheel math and see if the rim would stick out to far after the spacer was bolted on.
