prokit on stock shocks hurts everytime you hit a bump. I''ve got a pro kit and they are going on some AGX Adjustable Gas shocks. to compliment them.

I heard these are pretty nice if you can't afford 700 Konis ( i know i can't )

what would you suggest, just cut 1 coil?

I cut two on mine.

At one point I had sportlines and the kyb agxs and it worked pretty good. Too low for most of Detroit, but looked good and hooked at the track(I've got a 4,200 stall)

Then I went to Sam Stranos progressive rate springs with the kybs still in the front and qa1s in the rear, the ride was better and clearance improved dramatically.

Now I put cut stock springs in the rear as I'm trying to figure out the root of a wheel hop issue, but it didn't make a difference.

cut 1/2 a coil until it sits where you want it

I think I have some lowering springs for the front only, will trade for a cold 12 pack of mic light.
