91 lx street car project

so awhile ago i got the godfather of a deal on a 91 lx hatchback..it has a 8pt chromemoly cage subframe connectors that are tied into the cage and its an original 4 cyl car. i sold the 4cyl and trans and that pretty much covered the cost of the car so im very happy about that. heres some pics of the car from when i first got it and up until a couple days ago

since then i have partially painted the cage and completely stripped the interior...all the sound deadning is gone and the dash consists of a shell and thats it. all the wiring is gone except for the bare essentials. all the hard sound stuff that was molded to the floor is gone and the carpet has it all removed as well. heres a couple more pics from after i got the cobra rins and switched out the rusted hatch for a good one off my old car. the motor isnt in yet

i know that its not a show winning car or a super fast car but i think it should be a fun street car this summer...i have a nitrous kit for it as well so i may juice it with 150-200 if im feeling froggy. cant wait to drive it....i fired it up for the first time today and it sounds great!!! ill be putting a vid up tomorrow of it.

and im happy to report that i no longer have an f-650 ride height...the motor has dropped it down consideribly. and i have -8 braided line for the complete fuel system...all i need is a 12 gal cell and i can put it all in

its a good intake if you had hood clearance. it pulls very hard above 4k but still has decent down low power.

so i got the exhaust all on and i really like it. im running 2.5 inch all the way back to a set of 10 series race flowmasters. its not that loud when your just ideling and wakes up when the loud button is pressed

I've allways done mine like that. I would rather have them pointing in a lil so if you hurt the motor whatever comes out the pipes doesnt get sprayed directly into the path of the tire
