I've got a brand new Xbox 360 Elite w/ 3 games FS.

The setup was puchased brand new in Feb. and I've only played it a couple times. I still have the original box, paperwork, and everything else that came with it.

Setup includes:

Xbox 360 Elite (120 gig)
Wireless controller
All wiring, etc... That comes with the system

Games:
Gears of war
Forza 2
Marvel ultimate alliance
