Home A/C Hookup

I just started renting a house in Royal Oak and I just noticed there is no AC:jawdrop2:. The furnace looks new and it has an A coil installed ready to go. All I need is the compressor and lines. I can install the system myself I just need a deal on the system. The owner of the hous said he would reimburse me for the parts as long as I do the labor. Can anybody help?
