sn95 to fox body transmission cross member question

Just wondering if a transmission cross member out of a sn95 mustang will work in a fox body and vise versa? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

for what it is worth, i tried an 87 t bird crossmember on a 93 fox years ago and we didnt end up using it... i cant remember why but i can only assume it didnt fit haha. i would toss my guess at as no but this is just speculation. good luck

No. The track width on the SN cars is wider. The frame rails under the car are longer on the 94+ cars. I tried to do this with my 81, and I couldn't. I would just try and find a used fox double hump.
