Yeah you can wear cleats if you have them. The turf there was kinda slippery even with my indoor shoes with the small cleats in them. Or you can be like Reiko and just show off your flexibility. Be sure to stretch before the game though! :lol:

UGH so last night its 10pm and I am on the couch ready to go, next thing I know its 1:55am and I am being woken up by a crying baby. How'd we do?

We did better last night but still lost. We were up early on but they came back. Then we started making a comeback, just wasn't enough. We could have used more people there to sub in with. We are still not getting everyone on the roster to show up and play every week and barely had enough people to start the game last night. Luckily a few more showed up but it did not really allow us any down time to rest. We were all getting tired and having a hard time chasing them down all the time. It was a fairly rough game too. Bunch of injuries. My ankle is sore today and my knee has some turf burn from a wipeout (Thanks Reiko! :lol: ). But all in all, it was still fun! :D

There aren't many places that would be in the middle of everyone that would work. Troy has one but the competition is considerably harder and there aren't as many open spots or leagues all together. Waterford has one at Oakland Yard, but it's just the other side of the world for everyone else and its outdoors. There is a new place in Auburn Hills but the competition is more of a post-college player/semi-pro type deal...and I don't know if they're coed anyhow. I've never played in a coed one there.

Theres a sweet place to play in Canton CamaroKid.. it's called High Velocity. Those fields are awesome. They are the rubber composite fields... like Ford Field... or like Groves and Seaholm have.

I agree, i never said we sucked as a whole, we all worked extremely hard to get to where we were with 38 secs left and completly gave the game away. There is only so much one person (you the goalie) can do when it is a 5 on 2, or did they pull their goalie and it was 6 on 2?

It was a shot that Reiko blocked, bounced to the other side of the net where one of their girl players unfortunately was and she kicked it in a pretty much open net. I think it was you and Ryan that were in at that time and you guys did a great job, but as I said, only so much 2 defenders can do when they rush the goal full force.

Three people including our goalie -- with 50 secs left and up by 1 point, 3 of our players were at or past mid field walking towards our net.

I have let it go, I am just extremely competitive. We wont get better unless someone bitches at the stupid mistakes we make that could have resulted in a WIN if they didn't happen. I just don't see the point of bringing people like Tony (The guy with a rocket leg haha) and Shari's sister who are really good at soccer and score and put us in the position of being up one point just to blow it. Lets not bring them so we can just always be down on points for one, no one will be bitching like me for stupid shit because we will always lose, and two we will work to defend and score until the last second unlike we did last night.
