Well I was real big into my neon thing for a while had this car I built, but after my first quarter mile pass when the flywheel exploding and took out the motor/trans and about 30 other things. I sold it....

Then Picked this up a couple of days later for FREE, and now I have a new Project.

If u need parts there is a decient capri at greenfield auto parts off 96 and greenfield it is white. the hatch is clean with the bubble glass and the tail lights are like new. interior is shot was a fire but has nice body i think manual windows.

Yeah my first car was a 61 ford falcon with a approx. 400 HP 289 in it... to go from that to the neon was a hard transition. but going back to my small block ford should be good and easy...:thumbsups

Well the only plans for now are I have a 3" Cowl hood for it. Found a grill. Have a wingless Mustang Hatch, 82 Mustang rear bumper, 82 stang tail lights. I do have a 85 no 3rd brake light wing but not sure if I want to put it on. It is a t-top car. Had a partial red interior. Swapping to Black Full interior. and plan on painting it 93 Cobra Teal.

Motor depends on How my Finances go. Would like to build it for low 10s high 9s, but it may only end up being a 12 second car. ???????

Just doing to body and interior for now.

No when it was new it had plain old Red Mustang GT style interior. But now it has a 1/16 of the interior in it including one grey seat from a different capri.

289 in the FALCON

It had Windsor Sr. heads with port work on a 65 Hi Po Block, a crane custom grind roller cam pretty close to the Race version of the Shelby America Cam for the cobras and shelby mustangs. the compression was 12.5:1, an original COBRA "offenhouser" Intake and 700 cfm carb. long tube headers with 3" strait pipe and strait through glass packs with turndowns before the Axle.

Well I might end up puting this car up for sale.... When I do it will include 2 extra hatchs, 2 new doors, a full grey interior... extra rear fascia, and tails, the front end will have a red GS fascia instead of the Black RS... and NO Engine or Trans. will include a brand new weather strip kit which was $500.00 alone. also will have a grill...
