Finally got around to making shock brackets !

Well, this has been a ongoing saga for a couple of months. I machined all the brackets from flat stock in a couple of hours and welded everything up. I was rather suprised at how well they turned out, it is hard to see with the crappy cell phone pictures. Those coil overs are just there until I get my Afco double adjustable coilovers.

What do you think ?

I think your going to have defliection issues using the single sided bracket like that.

I will have to make another bracket when I get the coilovers. I appreciate you looking out for me, I was aware of that being an issue and I knew I should have posted that they were temporary. I will make them channeled when I get the new set up.
