FINALLY got some time to work on my motor!

Put the current WS6 on the dyno the way it sits now, put down some great numbers for being a stock LS1 minus a few "tweaks" I did.

Got the motor back from the machine shop and started assembly.

I used custom designed CP pistons for the project.

There is a lot more pictures and details on my site linked below. I can't fit all the photos in this post but there is a lot more on the website. :flashboob

Basically have everything assembled on the motor now. Ordering the injectors next, pulling the LS1 out and start working on putting the LSX in the Trans Am. I will try to move a little faster on this now that I am not so busy. :D

Nice car! Soon to be even better.

Feel like sharing those few small "tweaks" for the rest of us LS1 guys?
My car is damn near stock, I wouldn't mind being able to put 324rwhp on the dyno for as cheap as possible.

Just a little tune on the dyno. A little spark and fuel adjusting. I can do this for you at EVI. For a complete dyno tune it's $450.00

I see, I was thinking it was a physical change.
I would get it tuned, but first I need some mods to make it worth while.
Maybe after a set of long tubes/intake/cam.

Davison is close, so I'll keep you in mind when the time comes.
What brand of dyno?

Dyncom. Basically a Dynojet.
