Hey Kim, I got a new phone from verizon a few months ago and it is a piece, everytime I call they give me some bs about take out the battery and that works for a few days, then its back to its usual self. Its a BB pearl, and its still under warranty, but I really don't wanna deal with the problems of a replacement one all over again. Do you have any pull or suggestions?

You didn't buy the phone from me so there is only so much I can do.
If you're asking for a brand new phone... probably not.
Replacement phones are good and I would be happy to help you get a replacement free of charge.

It randomly decides to not make calls, doesn't ring, deletes my messages and call logs, freezes up and has a little spinning hourglass thing that doesn't go away until I pull the battery out, VZ navigator only works like 1/10 of the time, the browser changes its configurations on its own. Its like its possessed. Do you think I just got a junky one or do the pearls suck this bad? I honestly don't think I want another one after all this!

There are issues with the Pearl. Verizon is working to get the pearl recalled.
You don't want another phone right now... it will cost you an arm and a leg since you just renewed your contract.

Issues can be resolved by keeping the memory on the phone clean -- save all of your pictures to a memory card and keep text messages regularly deleted.

When I go to the warehouse I buy two grades of car chargers... a mid grade and the high grade. There are super cheap ones I can buy for you, if you'd like, but we are pretty big on carrying quality products.

Our car chargers all come equipped with an intelligent chip inside so that your phone will not be over-charged or over heated (often a problem caused by cheap car chargers).
