Arcoaire Furnace (I believe a PS80 model), Right around 4 years old. Works excellent, like new condition. If you have an older furnace and think it may kick the bucket, could be time to upgrade. I've been told it's an 80+ efficiency. I have basically the same one already and it really cuts down the heat bill.

Comes with humidifier $400.

Amana refrigerator with bottom freezer/ice maker. White in color, looks/works great $200.

Bosch built in Dishwasher, white in color, stainless inner tub, very quiet $200.

GE Built in Microwave, works great, small crack in the bezel, white, $75.

Thanks

Evan

Do you know the specs on the furnace ? Input or output BTU ? Is it 80% as in chimney vented ?

I believe based on the model number in the unit, it is this one.

Yeah that's the general type. Can you get the specific BTU off the sticker ?
