I'm looking for a laptop for my daughter for a Christmas present. Don't want to spend more then $350 and don't want a mini laptop.

You can get a pretty good desktop setup that should last her two years from dell for $359 + tax right now. Includes monitor.

I have my gf waiting in line on Black friday for me. She wants a TV so she said she'll try for a laptop too.

I'm not sure about gibralter. I want something with a warrenty.

Try this $299 + tax.

Figure another $25 to upgrade RAM outside of Dell. Plus it includes 1 year on site service.

Blow out vista and install xp and this will be a perfect laptop! No waiting in line. I am not a vista hater, I just wouldnt run it on this machine with these specs.

Did you get one? I had 2 people @ 2 different stores @ 9:00 to get one and they told them its a on line error. I called them and they told me the on line ad price so I asked them why they told me pick up people almost $800? They put me on hold and came back and told me its an error and its almost $800. Fuck best buy and their games. I just sent an email to Bill Spencer @ channel 7 to see what they can do. Best buy said they will call me back once they get it figured out. Needless I'm pissed! They did this shit a few years back with laptops on line.
