View Full Version : 50gal fish tank, fish, filter, heater, pump etc

I have a 50 gal (tall) tank with a 300w heater, Odeysea 4 - 300 gal filter, air pump with valve system. Black sand bottom. double hood, light and cleaning tools etc. $500 wrapped up in it. 1 African ciclid? and what ever the algea eaters are called. I have no time for it anymore. It's easy to take care of but I'm never around and just the 2 of them, I think they are lonely. It's all about 2 years old. Tank is 36 wide x 22 tall x 12.5 deep

With the oversize filter it's really a very very low maint. setup.


I'm going to Aruba this week and want some extra cash.

I'm giving this thing away. There is no Stand to it. I used an old workbench that I still need.

I was gone for 9 days and the water got low (if case the top looks dirty) quick wipe and fill it back up, good as new.

Back from the dead!

I'm throwing everything in here. Power strip, timer, FL Bulb for overhead light is brand new. Air jack, I might have an extra air pump new int he box as well. If you don't want the fish, I'll keep'em.

With all that I have well over $500 invested.

It's not the easiest thing to photograph. Just a standard (tall) fish tank, store bought, not hand made or anything.
