What a close race this month! Two votes separated first and second place...in the end a very nice home-built turbo Camaro edged out the competition and took the title of first Car of the Month for Motown Muscle in 2009!
Congratulations Nick!

this definitely makes a good start to the year...thanks so much guys...
there were a few guys that helped with it...my cousin Tim Skardoutos actually assembled the lower half of the engine and helped a lot with misc other projects, Bill Foder did some of his port magic on the heads/intake...some people on here know them. It was painted in my garage, but my uncle Brian Ferguson was the body man...learned alot from him...i did paint the mirrors...lol
It also has a Stenod Racing manual steering rack in it and an LT1Pat IAC adapter that he CNC machined in his garage...
Other than that the 10 point cage, wiring, all the fabrication, suspension, and assembly was done in a 22' x 22' garage...I've owned the car since 2001 and the time has flown by.
Thanks again for all the support guys.

hell yeah! at my detroit house, off tireman and evergreen... it was behind my garage with no steering rack too,(this is when Stenod was making the rack...man time flies)happened about 4 years ago, had 2 guys working the front tires and they managed to push it out of my backyard and started rolling it down the street then another guy started pushing it with his car while one guy was working the breaks and 2 of them walking next to it kicking the tires to keep it moving straight...this was at like 530 am. at 6am i gotta call from the police saying they got my stolen car...i was like what and they told me what happened...they decided to stay with the car rather than chase the criminals...that made me happy...haha thanks for remembering JQ
