DO I NEED TO RUN A VAC PUMP? I HAVE A 468 BBC WITH A VORTECH YSI SUPERCHARGER ON IT. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.THANKS GUYS...BRIAN:cheers:

lots of variables... i dont think anyone could answer that not knowing anything about the engine

Its a bbc 468 with bowtie raised port heads intake ports flow 380.valves are 225/188 110cc,flat top pistons 9to1compresson the cam is 717 intake 731 exhaust duration 290/294. Turbo 400 with 4000 stall. 4:10 gears with a vortech ysi supercharger 15psi of boost.and i drive it on the street. Let me know if you need more info...thanks brian

old school evac , is what i run ....they are cheap and they work...imo

Thats what im running now and was told to go to a vac pump system. And they are not cheep...thanks for the info bigg

yeah b4 i put it on , after i ran the truck hard it would leak a little oil and after i put it on problem gone !! evac ftw !!

Yha i think im going to stay withe evac. Besides i dont know were i would even mount the pump not much room left
