Is this Hood currently only on the 2011 GT500

No, that's the same hood as on the 2010. The difference for that 2011 is the stripe style. That stripe is for the SVT Performance Package which adds a few more goodies. With out that option the hood is the same as last year.

So confirmed it is a 2010 or 2011 Shelby GT500 specific hood (not refering to paintor stripes)
