New project I picked up yesterday. VIN is a 6 cylinder 1955 Bel Air, but it's going to be a '55 210 trim Gasser.
The plans for this are more traditional and a lot nicer than the other one. No patina or LED head lights on this one.
My grandparents owned a 1955 2 door post 210 in India Ivory. That's what this is, and will be. (albeit a gasser) First stop is my buddy's body shop for prep and paint.

That's different! Going gasser takes some creativity in all the right spots and I don't really know where those spots are! A customer of mine keeps talking about a CTS-V gasser and it makes my head twist....I asked... "Metalflake?...white walls?? ..Zoomies? Fake tunnel ram??"
Yeah I think the purists would puke at that, hell I might puke at that. haha I'm going to try to keep this traditional - but I might have a few modern convinces like a digital dash... we'll see. Its a shit ton of work.Quote:

Put in some work with the credit card this morning.
Fuel system, ignition system, gas pedal, throttle cable, carb rebuild kits, bunch of other shit on order. I think I am going to pull the body off the frame to plumb the fuel lines and brake lines. Install a rear end once I find one.
