B-e-a-utiful work! I'll be calling you when I'm ready for "Big Boy" paint.
Nope actually helps, when you wet sand SS obviously you lose pigment, just bury any small dirt particles in the clear and polish - shit will look like a marble, you can do this with any black/white/red etc. This is also a technique for blending SS ;) but I have to keep some secrets to myself
I hear you. I used to wrench as a profession....my cars were the worst maintained cars...lol I wouldn't want to paint as a living, but as a DIY thing cuz i love doing all my own work. Try the clear over SS, it looks miles deep and makes simple chips easier to repair. When we graduated High School, he welded quarter panels on a 77 F-100 bed. Painted this method black just to show his welding/body skills (dude makes me sick). Even now, the truck is a yard dog on his hunting property, if you polish it up it still looks miles deep. We graduated 16 years ago!
Good luck and keep up the killer work.
Badass as always !
I'll be here lol. Maybe by then I'll have myself a real shop for you to bring it too.
I absorb every piece of information I get from you like a sponge.. I would love to have the knowledge that you do about this stuff, I'm still a greenhorn in the game tho haha.
Thanks guys, I always apperciate the compliments.
Couple more, Redid the front clip of the GF's Roush, tinted the headlights, Added the GT scopp and did a satin black hood stripe, Really love the way it turned out.
