I've used CCI several times and they are 30 minutes from the Clem. Great guys to deal with.

Shaft Masters Lincoln Park (iirc) made me a shaft, 1-day turnaround. Dynotech in Troy is also an excellent shop as well. I have had several done by them.

CCI
CCI quoted me $240 for a steel shaft or $440 aluminum if I use my (supplied) trans yoke and companion flange.
I'm pretty sure I'll be using CCI, any reason I should go with aluminum for the additional cost? It's an occasional cruiser and won't see the track.
Sounds like steel will work. They made me a steel piece.
