Very well said. My friend swore up and down that his Beats were studio quality. So after I stopped laughing, I let him listen to my studio Sennheisers. His response was "I like more bass in my headphones". Lost cause.

Thanks. Only thing missing is the Meat Probe, which the site she ordered from said it was included.
This is my first one, i like smoked meats, just not sure the rest of the family does....lol. THis thing is incredibly built and insulated it seems. If this goes over well, i think a Trager grill is next.
I wanted a charcoal one, but don't think i have the patience to baby sit it...lol
Now i just need some good recipes, specially for venison roast.
Bacon wrapped turkey has been one of my favorite things I've done. I then took the leftover turkey and made a huge pot of chili with it. Amazing.

I'll admit, babysitting charcoal blows, especially when it's 90 outside . That flavor though, sweet baby Jesus is it good. There was one unit at Home Depot I was looking at (forgot the make/model), but it could use either propane or charcoal. Looked to be a nice all-rounder. I think it was about $250 or so.
This explains Beats in a nutshell.

Yeah, wired. They seem good so far. Pretty comfortable on the ears for hours at a time.
Beats was a strange acquisition for Apple to me. Apple has always made money selling expensive but high quality goods, and Beats is not that. I'm sure they're fine for just loud headphones with a lot of bass, but you can find those a lot cheaper than what Beats sell for. When I want to blow my head off with audio, I just do it in my car.
When Apple purchased Beats, the audio equipment wasn't a big factor in the sale nearly as much as the streaming service. MOG (Music on the Go) was stupid good, better than Spotify in my opinion. When Beats bought MOG, they changed a lot of things, lost some music in the catalog, and stopped supporting some standalone streaming devices such as Logitech Squeezebox, Chromecast, and Roku. Apple now has Apple Music, which is, at it's core, the old Beats streaming service.
Yeah, I get that, but at the end of the day, Apple has now squeezed better products off it's shelves in retail stores to sell Beats hardware. It's now essentially the Beats wall.
You might be able to. I get the lump charcoal from GFS, it's chunks of charred oak...not sure how that would work. Kingsford Competition Briquettes are good too, I usually use those for grilling. Those may work in your smoker because there is consistency in the size of the briquettes.
