It's mine, I'm selling it for a fair price, price it low enough not to argue and still deal with never ending stupid. Clearly state I'm not moving on the price and don't bother trying. After 37 emails / texts they finally show up and ask dumb questions that have been clearly answered in the original post and then proceed to low ball and argue.
Sometimes it the principal not the rationale.
