They were 10 seconds away from the Playoff in his second year. He's put up just fine

He hasnt put up shit, 1-3 against rivals, 1-1 in bowls. No trip to Indy no playoffs, nothing
8 home games last year, and they won a single game outside the state. Rutgers, michigan is back to the BO years, almost
Nice try. In his 2 years, he's played 9 away games. He doesn't set the schedule. In those 9 games (which excludes the bowl games because they are supposed to be neutral even though they are home games for the teams they payed) he lost 3 games by a combined 11 points. Bama has in the last 2 years played 8 away games in the same span of time. The fact that Harbaugh took Hokes drastically underdeveloped team and made them into what he did is a testament to what he can do. He's not on any sort of timeline.
2016 Michigan played 12 games
8 of those at home
4 "road games"
3 of those road games were outside the state of Michigan, he won 1 true road game
Hes entering his 3rd season
Chris Peterson took Washington to the playoffs in his third year with was less talent and resources than Harbaugh
Look at the resumes of the past 16 national championships almost all coaches won their first title in their 3rd year or less

You're insane if you think Harbaugh hasn't lived up to expectations. He took a program that was in the dumpster, having had losing seasons in 4 of the last 6 years prior to his arrival and immediately brought them back to the national picture. Back to back 10 win seasons. They go to the playoff in both years if not for two flukes (MSU in 2015 and Iowa/Speight injury in 2016). He's also put them back into the top 5 nationally in the recruiting scene.
Maybe you're just bitter that he's grabbing the best guys out of Saban's backyard ;)
