Build a racetrack if you want to do racetrack things. Cletus McFarland just did that down in Florida. Genius.
If they built something they still would not use it because they would have to pay.
They uploaded the video online - watched it live. it was a civil discussion. sounds like the police chief and these local guys are working on a solution. let see if it pans out.
