Yea it is cancelled, but honestly, the concept of canceling Dream Cruise it is near comical. What exactly is going to be cancelled? Corporate hospitality tents? Big fucking deal. They aren't going to stop people from driving down Woodward, and I think they will be hard-pressed to stop people from camping out on the side of the road. The only thing in limbo might be lot rentals. You might even still be able to get away with small ones too. And what about the cops? Since you are cancelling, the local PD is going to handle 100k people plus cars on Woodward? Not a chance.
It is a monumental clusterfuck is all I am saying. Because the cruisers WILL be there. The cities are screwing themselves because now it is going to fall on Birmingham and Royal Oak to handle it themselves.

No corporate events?
No paid parking?
Smaller police presents?
This could be the best Woodward Dream Cruise in years!
Bunch of cities voted in May to cancel it
a couple weeks ago I went on a rally/ reliability run ...
and I would rather do that again compare to sitting in traffic ...
fort street cruise was this past weekend ... typical tons of IDIOTS standing on the curb yelling (do a burn out )
only incident i heard was a motorcycle hit a car ... rider DOA
so who is still going?
Everyone!
So does this mean no extra cops this year?? Asking for a friend lol.
