The neck on this bike is pretty sloppy, there aren't any bushings or bearings on this brand of minibike from the factory. Maybe I could slip on a sleeve or race of some kind. Or even a bearing that slips over the ends of the neck? Any ideas?
Take it apart and see what the damage is. Get new bolt and nut, and see if the fork is enlongated where the bolt passes through. If so you might want to get it welded up and redrilled or maybe use washers to correct the slop.
Once you get it apart go to McMaster Carr's website & see if they have a bushing. I wound up doing that on one of my older bikes
I actually cut up a beer can and made a sleeve out of it, worked out pretty well! But in the mean time I did order a new bolt and I plan on redoing the whole thing with a longer beer can maybe a king can lol. The standard tall boy wasn't long enough.
