    Default 99-04 kmember/aarm ?'s

    I just finished installing a
new AJE k-member, UPR a-arms, and coil overs in a 2000 mustang.
I got a great deal on the products and the aje is supposed to be built to run stock dimension a-arms. The upr a-arms are supposed to be built to stock specs.

After what I figured was a wrap up to the install I noticed the tires have a severe toe-out. I know the car will need re-aligned but it looks as though it is 1-1.5 inches.

is this typical or did I mess something up?

My guess is that the a-arms are not the correct length. If you want to just get it close to drive to an alignment shop you can adjust the tie-rod ends yourself.

I thought it was the a-arm length at first but rechecked and they are the correct length.

I plan on adjusting it to be closer I just didn't expect it to be off so far when I put it back together.

    thanks for the response
