Something I needed to do before Keith squirts it:
Hatch Lexan Flange Going in
Test of the foam squeeze so I know how deep to recess the flange from the roof/quarters:

I wanted the seat to be as close to the tunnel as possible, esp since my door bars do not protrude into the door, so the mount need to move onto the tunnel.
0.065" Reinforcement plates are welded underneith the floor

The guy had ~50 lbs more cage than I, was in a serious high impact accident, and walked away. That vid and those pictures make me want to add more tube. And find a new hobby
